The first celebrity has been evicted from Celebrity Big Brother 2018 in tonight's results.

Earlier this week saw the first round of nominations of this summer's series.

After everyone had voted, it was Hardeep Singh Kohli and Natalie Nunn who were put up for the public vote by the group.

And tonight, viewers voted to evict Natalie as she was given the boot by host Emma Willis in the first live show since launch night.

It was a very close result with Natalie originally the favourite to go early in the week. But in the last 24 hours, Hardeep became the bookies' tip to leave. In our own website poll and 60% voted to keep Hardeep ahead of Natalie.

Natalie left to boos from the live audience, telling Emma she was "overwhelmed".

The American reality star added: "It has been interesting but fun… it’s been great.”

When Emma said we all expected you to kick off Natalie said “There has been a lot going on in the house so much. We are in there twenty-four hours a day. There are definitely people I will miss and those I could not care less about seeing again.”

When asked why she was evicted “I guess it was bad timing I went off just before nominations took place.” She continued “I feel that Gabby is a very sweet girl but she kicks off as well…she was snapping back at me”

Natalie and Hardeep received the most nominations when housemates voted for the first time earlier this week.

As part of the 'Presidency' Task, 'House President', Hollywood actress Kirstie Alley and her Vice President, Coronation Street actor Ryan Thomas were able to pardon one housemate.

Kirstie and Ryan decided to give footballer Jermaine Pennant the pardon, meaning he was immune from this week's nominations and eviction

After everyone had voted, Natalie and Hardeep had received eight and six nominations respectively.

Meanwhile, 'Human Ken Doll' Rodrigo Alves received three votes from the group while both Kirstie and model Chloe Alying had two nominations each. Ryan, Love Island's Gabby Allen, rogue trader Nick Leeson, and TV psychic Sally all had the one nomination.

Married At First Sight's Ben Jardine and The Only Way Is Essex's Dan Osborne were the only housemates not to receive any nominations, alongside pardoned Jermaine.

Celebrity Big Brother continues nightly on Channel 5 with Emma hosting the next live eviction on Tuesday.

Alongside the main show, Rylan Clark-Neal hosts Bit On The Side nightly.

Meanwhile, tonight also sees live feed from the house at 11:35PM following all of the eviction aftermath.
