Love Island 2018 fans want Alexandra Cane to win ALONE after Alex George drama

Love Island fans are calling for Alexandra Cane to win the show alone.

In last night’s show, Alexandra and Alex George went out for a special date but while the afternoon left Alexandra on cloud nine, Alex pulled Jack to one side and admitted he was still having doubts.

He explained: “We just don’t seem to…it doesn’t seem to feel right. I don’t have the right feelings that I should be. The thing is she wants to move at quite a quick pace. She wants lots of affection, and she wants things to move quite quickly. I just can’t match that. I feel like things just aren’t quite right with us.”

Later in the evening, Alex decided to cool things off with Alexandra – but she didn’t take the news well, accusing the Dr of leading her on.

“I think you’ve led me along this path, you have not been honest,” she snapped.

Before storming off, Alexandra added: “I think you’re absolutely pathetic. You’ve wasted my time and your own, shame on you.”

Following the showdown, fans have called on Alexandra to take the Love Island title home on her own.

X Factor star Stacey Solomon tweeted: “Wait there … ALEXANDRA TO WIN – yessssss giirrrrllll – SHAME ON YOUUUUU ALEX #LoveIsland”

Another fan asked: “GO ON ALEXANDRA she was literally spot on, can we vote her to win on her own ???? #LoveIsland”

“How do we vote for Alexandra to win without Dr Alex? #LoveIsand,” questioned another Twitter user.

Added a fourth: “Can Alexandra win it by herself? If not then that should totally be a thing. #loveisland”

More support for Alexandra included: “Can Alexandra win it by herself? If not then that should totally be a thing. #loveisland”

And a further fan concluded: “Alexandra needs to win this whole thing alone. And the £50k needs to come from Alex’ bank account. #LoveIsland”
