In this evening's show, as the girls preoccupy themselves with a conversation about who believes in love at first sight, Kaz opens up about her true feelings for Josh.
Speaking with the girls, she admits she’s close to uttering those all important three words.
Kaz explains: “Sometimes I feel like in the past I have been confused thinking I’m in love when I’m actually in lust. Love actually can hurt as well. Sometimes you realise you’re actually in love with someone when they hurt you. Do you know what girls I think that’s why I’m scared to tell Josh. Because it just scares me. That whole concept. But I know that (whispers) I love him.”
And in the Beach Hut, Kaz admits she’s still toying over what to do: “I just know. I know that I love him. Obviously I need to tell him. But it can make you very vulnerable and I don’t want to rush things with Josh.”
Is another Love Island couple about to take the next step - and could it see them WIN the show?
Kaz and Josh have proved ever more popular with viewers over the past couple of weeks, seeing them become the second favourites to win Love Island 2018
Earlier this week, bookies Ladbrokes reported that within 48 hours, a whopping 88% of all wagers placed were for Josh and Kaz (5/1) emerging victorious.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: "Jack and Dani have been the favourites to win since day one, and while it would be a huge shock to see them lose, punters are rallying behind Josh and Kaz to throw an almighty spanner in the works at the last minute."
Love Island 2018 airs tonight at 9PM on ITV2.
