Jack Fincham has declared he LOVES his Love Island 2018 girlfriend Dani Dyer – as she broke down in tears after finding out about his reunion with ex Ellie Jones.
The couples were torn apart earlier this week when the Casa Amor twist returned, and the men were sent to the salacious second villa.
Twelve new islanders then arrived to tempt the originals – including Ellie, whom Jack dated “on and off” before joining the ITV2 show.
Separation proved tough for power duo Jack and Dani, who have been together since the series began.
Unbeknownst to each other, they have both stuck together, choosing to sleep outside rather than share beds with the newbies.
They remained loyal over the weekend when the two villas went head-to-head to win a party.
Producers set a variety of ‘cheeky challenges’, and the group that completed each one the quickest would score a point.
However, the tasks were rather intimate – leaving both Jack and Dani reluctant to take part.
When Casa Amor got an instruction for the shortest boy and shortest girl to snog, Jack realised Dani may face the same challenge.
“I’m thinking, ‘Dani’s only little isn’t she?’. I couldn’t work out if Georgia is shorter or Ellie is shorter,” he fretted.
Meanwhile, at the main villa, two people whose names began with the same letter had to kiss.
The group realised that meant Dani had to lock lips with Dean Overson – but she refused to do it.
“I don’t want to do that. I’ve got to proper snog. I’m not doing that, I’m sorry guys,” she insisted.
The actress said the challenge constituted “cheating” during a visit to the Beach Hut.
“As soon as it came up, I was like ‘that’s me isn’t it?’. That’s me, and Jack’s my boyfriend,” she commented.
“That’s cheating. It’s a game, but it’s cheating, I can’t do that.”
Later on, during a chat with Adam Collard, Jack made a big admission when he declared he LOVES Dani.
“I keep picturing Dani’s face and I want to see it. I really do, I actually love…” he said.
“I’m not going to lie to you. I love Dani Dyer, I actually love her.”
But Dani was dealt a killer blow when she found out that Jack had been reunited with Ellie.
Georgia Steel received a text on her phone, saying: “Girls, you have been sent a Villa Story from the boys at Casa Amor.”
The message contained video footage of the moment Jack came face-to-face with Ellie, sending shockwaves though the villa.
Unaware of Jack’s true feelings, a devastated Dani broke down in tears and promptly dashed to the Beach Hut.
