Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham enjoy their first official date on Love Island 2018 tonight.

Having shared their first kiss just days ago, Dani and Jack’s relationship is going from strength to strength as the pair depart the villa for the first date.

As the pair get to know one another further, the pair take another big step by suggesting they meet one another’s families.

Earlier in the day, a surprise text catches Dani off guard: “Dani and Jack, you two are heading out on your first date. Please get ready to leave the Villa. #lifesabeach #oneonone”

Both admit they’re feeling nervous about stepping outside the villa for their first official date.

Talking to the Beach Hut, Jack admits: ““I can’t wait. I’m a little bit nervous as well, it’s like proper first date. Honestly. It’s going to be nice, having a bit of time just us two. It will be good, getting out for a bit. Going on a lovely little date. `Yeah, I’m excited, I can’t wait, I’m looking forward to it.”

A vanity conscious Dani also panics she won’t have time for that all important first date prep.

She says: “I’m going on a date but I feel really nervous. I don’t know why, all the attention and that, I don’t think I’m used to it to be honest. Everyone’s really excited and I’m nervous. They’re all running around all the girls, doing my hair.

“It’s sorted me out because I haven’t washed my hair. If I was going on a first date with someone I’d have at least washed my hair. And I haven’t. And I haven’t even shaved my legs.”

Arriving at the beach for a little one on one time, Dani reveals she’s only become attracted to Jack over the last few days.”

Reflecting on their ups and downs over the past week, the conversation turns to life away from the villa.

Jack says: “This week we actually have come on a journey. I want something to happen. Take you home, meet all my family and that.”

Dani replies: “You can meet my family and all. That sounds scary! I think they’d like you, just carry on being you and being lovely.”

Jack reacts “I’m excited for the rest of the time we’re going to spend together.”

With that, another passionate embrace follows…

Love Island 2018 airs tonight at 9PM on ITV2.
