Courtney Act has revealed hopes of taking part in Strictly Come Dancing.
It was Aussie drag star Shane Jenek / Courtney who won Celebrity Big Brother 2018 earlier this year, beating Ann Widdecombe in the final vote.
Courtney is now eyeing up for another appearance on UK telly, hoping to become the first drag act to compete in Strictly.
She told the Daily Star newspaper: "I hope the BBC would be open to it. They love a stunt casting. Surely it's time for the BBC to do it."
Courtney then explained: "I would want to be Courtney and dance with a male partner. And then half way through the series I'd come out as Shane and there would finally be same-sex dancing on the show.
"I've seen same-sex ballroom dancing and it's just as fabulous."
Meanwhile, it may not just be the Strictly ballroom that we'll see Courtney appearing in.
“Channel 4 spotted Courtney’s talent while she was on Celebrity Big Brother and they love her personality," a source told the tabloid today. “The chat show will be a late night variety programme with a mixture of cabaret, comedy and guest stars.
“At the moment it’s in development but Courtney’s quietly hopeful it will see the light of day.”
Celebrity Big Brother will return to Channel 5 in the summer.
Strictly Come Dancing begins on BBC One in the autumn. Names rumoured for the 2018 cast include TV personality Anneka Rice, football pundit Chris Kamara and Radio DJ Maya Jama.
More potential Strictly 2018 celebs include soap stars Chelsea Halfpenny and Hayley Tamaddon plus breakfast TV presenters Piers Morgan and Dan Walker, who front ITV's Good Morning Britain and BBC's Breakfast respectively.
