Gruffydd is a 22-Year-old from Amlwch on the Isle-of-Anglesey in North Wales who lives with his Nan.

He won Amanda Holden’s golden buzzer in the auditions, securing a spot in the semi-finals where he was voted through to the final by the public.

Speaking ahead of the show, Gruff has announced he’ll be singing Andrea Bocelli and Ed Sheeran’s Perfect Symphony.

He explained the choice: “It’s new, its fresh, something the show hasn’t seen before.

“I’ve put my own little spin on it so i hope it goes down well.”

Chatting on More Talent, Gruffydd added he was “quite confident” of his chances.

However he told the Daily Post: “I think there’s a lot of tough competition this year. The standard is really high.

“Alesha has called it the battle of the singers this year, so I think it’s going to be quite a challenge, but game on.”

And if he did claim victory in the live final tonight, Gruff revealed how he’d spend the £250,000 prize money.

“I’d probably have a night out with the lads to celebrate,” he explained. “And I’d use it to help develop myself as an artist. I think it would just set me up for what I love doing, which is singing.

“My long term dream is to be a classical singer, selling out theatres, touring and selling albums.”

The acts in the final are acrobats Giang Brothers and comedy singer Micky P Kerr, dancers DVJ, father and son singing duo Tim and Jack, comedian Robert White, singer Gruffydd Wyn Roberts, singer Donchez Dacres, singer Calum Courtney, comedian Lost Voice Guy and the D-Day Darlings in the final.

Joining them will be an eleventh wild card act, as chosen by the judges.

All the Britain’s Got Talent 2018 finalists will be competing for a £250,000 cash prize, a spot on the Royal Variety Performance and a special prize from Simon Cowell.
