Former Big Brother housemate Brian Belo has slammed the show's team, including host Emma Willis.
It follows reports at the weekend suggesting that Big Brother spin-of Little Brother could return for this summer's series.
The news prompted Big Brother 8 winner Brian to lash out at Emma, who currently fronts Big Brother on Channel 5.
"I still can't believe that @channel5_tv are bringing back Big Brother's Little Brother. @bbuk It's not even wanting to be nasty, it's like they both need to go. This decade, we've got a new breed of presenters, people who can't present!" he wrote on Twitter.
Brian continued: "It's like, we all get that you wanted to be Davina! But there's only one Davina! It's too much to take now! Davina done @bbuk so now your doing it, she done Popstars: The Rivals, so you do TheVoice .. Davina does L'Oréal adverts, so now you do L'Oréal adverts. It's like *!£%-off!"
He then added: "I just feel like saying, does anybody have a memory. Is there not a single human being alive with a memory!?!? Because if they do, they sure are not very good at functioning it! People are getting away with daylight robbery now and everyone is far too fickle for my liking! 😬"
Brian also wrote: "I'm a proper Big Brother Fan and we need thing's to change with @bbuk ! The presenters are just not good enough. I can't watch another season with them on BB @endemolshine ! That's not being nasty, that's being truthful."
The former housemate then went on to take aim at the Big Brother production team.
"We do need something cool, they've been able to do that in Australia and Italy, we just can't seem to be able to do that here in The UK. So, we need new people to come in who know what they are doing! It's nothing personal, we need to save @bbuk," he told his followers.
According to the Daily Star on Sunday newspaper, current Bit On The Side host Rylan Clark-Neal will front the revived version of Little Brother this year.
"Ratings for Bit On The Side have dropped in recent years. It is felt that it has had its time," a source told the tabloid. “Channel 5 now want Big Brother’s spin-off to be like it was years ago. So it makes sense to bring back Little Brother.”
They: “BB’s spin-off show will now air before Big Brother each night. It will be a more relaxed affair without any swearing or the naughty games people often saw on Bit On The Side.”
Little Brother last aired in 2010 when Big Brother was still on Channel 4 before moving to its current home in 2011.
