Nadia made the comments in a new interview before Eden announced his exit from the show last week.
Eden told fans he was quitting Celebs Go Dating last month, saying it was to focus on other work projects.
He posted: "I’m immensely proud of the show’s success but after four great series, it’s now time for me to fully commit to my other projects - 2018 will see me relaunch my dating app 'Would Like to Meet' and also marks the 18th year of my music PR agency - these remain my biggest passions and take up a great deal of my time."
Nadia and Eden are said to have been involved in a backstage feud on the E4 series, which concluded its fourth run in February.
Speaking about Eden, Nadia told the Daily Star newspaper: "All I know is that he obviously has issues. There's a lot going on in his personal life and I just hope that he gets the help he needs."
Hinting that Eden may not be back, she added: "Ultimately, what E4 and Lime Pictures want to do going forward it's out of my hands.
"They're the boss, they make the decisions, I just have to decide what's right for me but whatever happens I can guarantee it will be a very good series."
As for the future of Celebs Go Dating, Nadia indicated she planned to return but that a fifth series was not yet confirmed.
"I'm still waiting for the official go," Nadia told the newspaper. "I feel like we're in good stead, last series was the best series ratings-wise, we absolutely ruined Survival of the Fittest!
"I don't see a reason why not, I’m hopeful."
Celebs Go Dating airs on E4.
