This weekend saw all of the remaining celebrities skating for the seventh time this year in a fairytale themed episode.

After Donna Air and Antony Cotton left in a double exit last weekend, 5 contestants were left on the series.

Following each of the celeb’s latest live performances, it was ITV weatherman Alex Beresford who was voted off Dancing On Ice tonight.

Alex and pro skater Brianne faced the skate off against Love Island’s Kem Cetinay and his pro partner Alex Murphy.

In the skate off, judges Jayne Torvill, Christopher Dean, Jason Gardiner and Ashley Banjo decided who to save after both couples skated again.

Jason, Ashley and Jayne all saved Kem, leaving Alex to go home. Although his casting vote was not needed, head judge Chris also saved Kem.

Those on the Dancing On Ice line up tonight included ITV weatherman Alex Beresford and pro skater Brianne Delcourt.

They’re joined by rugby hunk Max Evans and his pro skater Ale Izquierdo and Coronation Street actress Brooke Vincent and her pro partner Matej Silecky.

Also back on the ice are Love Island’s Kem Cetinay and his pro partner Alex Murphy and X Factor’s Jake Quickenden and skater Vanessa Bauer.

At the end of each routine, judges Jayne Torvill, Christopher Dean, Jason Gardiner and Ashley Banjo marked the celebs out of 10. Viewers could then vote for their favourite.

The two couples ranked bottom of the combined judges and viewer leaderboard went forward to the skate off.

This week that was Love Island’s Kem Cetinay and his pro partner Alex Murphy and ITV weatherman Alex Beresford and pro skater Brianne Delcourt.

In the skate-off, the two celebs performed again and the judging panel chose who to save and who to send home.

Each week Torvill and Dean alternate the role of Head Judge. In the event of a tie, it’ll be down to them to decide who leaves the competition. This week, Chris was head judge.
