Tallia Storm has revealed the real reason she signed up to Celebs Go Dating.
And it's not just about finding 'the one'.
The singer revealed this week: "I've only gone down the TV route as I've just brought out an album... I view this as promotion."
She told the Daily star newspaper: "It's not like I've joined Made In Chelsea or TOWIE, it is a one off show not a continuing series.
"It is exactly what I wanted to show people my funny, banter personality."
Teasing what's to come from the series, airing nightly on E4, Tallia continued: "On my first date I came across sassy as I wasn't into the guy at all. The trouble is when I fancy someone I become a mute and I get really awkward.
"It gets cut down to 15 minutes but these dates are actually three hours long."
And she said taking part on the show had prompted a lot of musical inspiration.
"I've been writing some of the best songs I have ever done over the past three months of filming just because I have had so many mixed emotions," Tallia explained. "I've 100% been writing about people on the show.
"They wouldn't know it was about them but maybe if it wins a Grammy I will tell them."
Celebs Go Dating continues tonight at 9PM on E4.
In this evening's episode, Comedian London Hughes has some fun with a huge wrestler on a date in Wales. Competition heats up between Jade Jones and Tallia as they battle it out for the same guy. Meanwhile, Ollie is sent on two dates.
