We reported las month that Sky was after the rights to the third series (or season if you're American) of Glee and today - the day of the Series 2 final on E4 - it's official. The digital channel has also brought the rights to a new reality series called 'The Glee Project'.
Sky also has exclusive rights to any future series of the show, which will return in the autumn.
The offer, which will see the show air just days after it's broadcast in the US, is understood to be more than twice what Channel 4 could afford.
Sky has also brought the rights to The Glee Project reality series, which aims to find a new talent for the show.
Stuart Murphy, Sky1 director of programmes, said: "Glee has been nothing short of a phenomenon.
"We hope our customers will be as excited as we all are."
