A spokesperson for the pair however insists they are "very much in love".
The pair had a very rocky romance during the ITV2 series last summer, which has continued outside the villa.
Sources have claimed the pair are "very on and off" but are putting on a "united front" after signing up for their own reality show.
Chris & Olivia: Crackin’ On was announced by ITV last month to air on its digital channel ITVBe in 2018.
ITV say the show will see cameras following Chris and Olivia throughout every step of their turbulent and at times tumultuous relationship as they move into a new home together.
However an insider alleged to heat magazine: "They're still having rows and are very on and off.
"But, at the moment, they can't end things because they have to do this TV show together.
"They have to put on a united front."
Slamming the reports, reps for the couple said: "Chris and Olivia are surprised and saddened by reports questioning their relationship.
"They are very much in love and are looking forward to their exciting future together."
Speaking about their show previously, Chris said “Liv and I have been through so much in our relationship in the last six months that it’s hard to remember what life was like before we met in the Love Island villa.
"I wouldn’t change any of it and I’m looking forward to going on this latest TV journey with her.”
Olivia added “Life with Chris is like one big rollercoaster but it’s safe to say we’re never boring.
"As anyone who saw us on Love Island knows, we can bicker hard but we love harder so I’m sure we’re all in for an eventful series!”
Chris & Olivia: Crackin’ On will air later in 2018.
