Shane J aka Courtney Act defends his actions, following another row with the former MP.
Shane insists he's not trying to "take Ann down" as Wayne Sleep accuses him of "victimising in the situation."
"I'm picking up on your serious trait," Wayne says in tonight's show. "And I think it should all be said and I think everything you stand for is what I approve of.
"But don't victimise in the situation."
Shane/Courtney replies: "But Wayne, think about this, at no point during my time in the house have I ever wanted to take Ann down."
He continues: "Ann disapproving of how I choose to dress in drag, whether anybody thinks it's appropriate or not, what I hear and what I know, is that there is a woman who's someone's grandmother, someone's mother, saying 'You're not good enough'.
"To me that is the message.
"Imagine if you're some 15-year-old boy and they heard Ann. Some young gay boy who's 14 years old, who hasn't told anybody that he likes boys, and then he sees Ann talking to me."
Courtney concludes: "Think about that and think about the message that sends out."
Meanwhile, Ann tells Big Brother she's surprised to be in the final because of her "unfashionable views"
In tonight's show, Ann is seen reacting to being saved in last night's eviction: "Well, I think it's rather surprising."
She told Big Brother in the Diary Room: "I mean, when I consider that I'm a pensioner and a defender of the unborn and traditional marriage and the Roman Catholic Church, all of which are unfashionable views, and that I am the scourge of political correctness and general snowflakery and emotional incontinence, I think it's surprising that I'm still here.
"I'm sure nobody was expecting me to get to the final. Everyone thinks I'm a miserable old bat and they're probably extremely surprised that I've got anywhere near the final."
She adds to BB: "I was very disappointed to lose Amanda tonight. It came down to her and Shane Lynch and I thought, well either I lose my prayer partner or I lose my entertainment.
"The public determines who stays and who goes, and I'm very used to relying on a public vote, and anyone who wins that vote, as Shane J did tonight, is entitled to be where he is."
Celebrity Big Brother 2018 continues nightly on Channel 5.
