It was Ginuwine who was evicted from Celebrity Big Brother 2018 on Tuesday night in the latest live eviction.
He faced the public vote against Jonny Mitchell, Ann Widdecombe, Daniel O’Reilly (Dapper Laughs), and Wayne Sleep.
After saying goodbye to his fellow housemates, Ginuwine was greeted to cheers from the crowd.
He spoke to host Emma Willis about his 'romance' with Ashley in the house, saying: “She’s a beautiful young lady. We really clicked. I think it was what it was on the show and I’m wanting to see what it will be after. It was definitely a genuine connection. No pun intended."
Ginuwine added: I’m definitely going to talk to her after she gets out.”
However, Ashley's dad has issued the US rapper a few words of warning.
"It's unexpected and, as a father, it's quite difficult watching all this going on," he said of the pair's relationship. "But as long as guy treats Ashley well, I'll be fine... If he doesn't, I'll knock his head off."
"I would hope that any future boyfriend would want to meet me. And I'd like to suss them out and give them the evil eye," Ashley's dad added to heat magazine.
Asked if he would be up for acting as a 'step grandad' for Ginuwine's nine children, he added: "I’m not sure they’d be interested in having me as a grandad. My life is a bit boring. But Ashley loves kids - she use to be an au pair in France.
"But it’s a bit early to speculate - we have our other daughter's wedding coming up, we don’t need another."
Meanwhile, in the house, Ashley last night sobbed in the Diary Room of Ginuwine's exit: "I don't really get upset because I know he is absolutely fine. But it's just, I've just lost my friend in here. I don't want to lose him.
"I think even Ann's sad she lost her prayer buddy. It was just quite nice to have that person that I've cared for."
Ashley added to Big Brother: "Even though I was so adamant I didn't want any form of emotional relationship in the house, somehow it happened and so it's just a bit weird.
"I'm going to miss him a lot."
