A 'mystery non celebrity' will join the Celebrity Big Brother 2018 house tonight, it's been claimed.
They will be one of eight women to enter the show in this evening's live launch.
According to The Sun newspaper, they will be the last person to join the cast in a twist.
"She will come as a complete shock to the viewers and is completely different to any of the other housemates as she is in no way a celebrity," says the tabloid.
The Daily Mirror claim the women in question is former Detective Constable Maggie Oliver, known for her work investigating the Rochdale grooming scandal.
The news follows the leaking of the apparent full starting line up for Celebrity Big Brother 2018.
Those ready for the launch are rumoured to include Boris Johnson's sister Rachel Johnson, model and Ex On The Beach star Jess Impiazzi, Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Malika Haqq, actress Amanda Barrie, ITV newsreader India Willoughby, former MP Ann Widdecombe and Made In Chelsea's Ashley James.
Show bosses have said that the women led series will be marking 100 years since women won the right to vote for the very first time.
Presented by Emma Willis, Celebrity Big Brother will initially explore how the all-female housemates interact, from politicians to performing artists, as they enter the house together.
A number of male celebrities will join them later.
Celebrity Big Brother 2018 launches tonight, January 2 at 9PM on Channel 5.
