The Voice UK
WHEN: From Saturday, January 6 WHERE: ITV
The Voice UK returns in January with its seventh series and the second to air on ITV. A new coaching line up will see Olly Murs join returning judge and reigning winner Jennifer Hudson, together with The Voice veterans Sir Tom Jones and Will.i.am.
Dancing On Ice
WHEN: From Sunday, January 7 WHERE: ITV
The Jump may have been gone from Channel 4 but fans of celebrities taking on winter sports are in luck. After four years, Dancing On Ice returns to ITV from Sunday, January 7. Legendary skating duo Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean will be reunited with original hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby on the show that sees an all star line up of celebrities take to the ice in a bid to dance and dazzle their way to glory.
Celebrity Big Brother
WHEN: January, June and September WHERE: Channel 5
Big Brother and its Celebrity spin-off will be back again to dominate the schedules on Channel 5 throughout the year. The first of three series will begin on Tuesday, January 2 as a new batch of celebrity housemates are introduced by Emma Willis. It could well be the last year of Big Brother on UK TV, with no news yet on a renewal for the series beyond 2018.
Survival Of The Fittest
WHEN: February WHERE: ITV2
Touted as a 'winter Love Island', Survival Of The Fittest is a new reality series coming to ITV2 from February. Laura Whitmore will host the show, which will see two teams of boys and girls take part while viewers at home will have their say.
Celebs Go Dating
WHEN: Early Spring WHERE: E4
Back for a fourth season, the Celebs Go Dating 2018 cast has already been confirmed with names including Gemma Collins and Love Island's muggy Mike on the line up.
Britain's Got Talent
WHEN: Late Spring WHERE: ITV
Britain's Got Talent is back as always from 2017 with Ant and Dec hosting and Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, David Walliams and Simon Cowell on the panel.
Love Island
WHEN: Summer WHERE: ITV2
Applications for Love Island 2018 are open up with sexy singletons wanted for what will be the show's fourth series in the summer.
The X Factor
WHEN: Autumn WHERE: ITV
The X Factor will be back for what could be a make or break year. 2017 saw some big changes but ratings continued to fall. There's no word yet on what 2018 will have in store, from the format to the judges.
Strictly Come Dancing
WHEN: Autumn WHERE: BBC One
After another hit series in 2017, where viewing figures topped 13 million, Strictly Come Dancing will return in the autumn to BBC One.
