I’m A Celebrity results: Viewers left stunned by SHOCK exit

Tonight’s I’m A Celebrity 2017 results saw a surprise exit ahead of the final on Sunday.

It was Coronation Street actress Jennie McAlpine who we said goodbye to on Saturday night after she received the fewest votes to stay.

“It’s been amazing,” Jennie told hosts Ant and Dec after her exit.

She added: “Those guys left down there are just, I’m going to miss them so much… I think I thought I’d be better at it than I was… I can’t wait to see my son Albert.”

Jennie’s exit was quite the surprise with Hollyoaks actor Jamie Lomas the favourite to go.

Instead he goes through to the final alongside Radio host Iain Lee and Made In Chelsea’s Toff.

Viewers were very shocked at the result, with one tweeting: “I heard “j-“ and was like “YES” then I heard “ennie” and my jaw has dropped to the floor #ImACeleb ”

Another complained: “The fact that horrible Jamie is in the final over a lovely lady like Jennie makes me SO mad tbh. ?? #ImACeleb x”

“Okay UK I need to know who on earth is voting for Jamie over Jennie ? I just wanna talk ?? #Imaceleb,” a third posted.

And a fourth agreed: “who voted Jennie out over Jamie fffs you guys had one job #ImACeleb”

However – as always – it was the viewer votes alone that decided the results.

Jamie, Iain and Toff now go forward to Sunday night’s live final.
