Lord Sugar said: "Sarah, these last three weeks you seem to have slipped back a bit and that worries me as to whether you’ve got the staying power in business at all.
"Jade, you admitted all of the errors and mistakes that were made in this task.
"But Harrison, I don’t know what you did on this task. In fact I’ve had a bit of a problem understanding what you did on other tasks. It is with regret, Harrison, you’re fired."
However, Lord Sugar doesn’t finish there: “Ladies, this is an important stage. I’ve got to make some important decisions here today.
"Jade, this was a big mess up…you’re fired.”
Harrison and Jade will talk to Rhod Gilbert on You’re Fired! on BBC Two at 10pm, immediately following the main episode tonight.
