The YouTuber has "withdrawn" from the show, hosts Ant and Dec announced this evening.
The Geordie duo didn't specify exactly why Jack had left, saying it was due to "circumstances outside of camp".
A spokesperson for ITV echoed their on-air statement, confirming: "Due to circumstances outside camp Jack has had to withdraw from the show.”
A spokesperson for Jack revealed why he had left, saying "It would be better to bring him out of the show," following recent tabloid reports.
Jack's exit follows the 'internet sensation' having to sorry for 'inflammatory' tweets.
Just before entering the jungle, the 22-year-old YouTube vlogger became the latest social media star to have old messages resurface.
Some of the postings date back six years but it didn't stop them being shared online.
In the Twitter messages, posted by The Sun newspaper, Jack is seen to use racist, ableist and homophobic slurs against other users of the social networking website.
Responding to the messages, a representative for Jack said: “Jack is ashamed of these tweets, many were deleted a long time ago and were sent in response to a neighbour who was bullying him. Jack was a lot younger when he posted them in 2012 but realises that age is no defence.
"He would never use that language now and realises that, as someone who was bullied himself, this kind of retaliatory, inflammatory, insulting language is completely unacceptable.”
A spokesperson for ITV said: “Jack has issued a full apology and has deleted the tweets that he sent.”
Jack Maynard had become the first ever YouTube vlogger to go on I’m A Celebrity.
Speaking before entering, he said he couldn’t wait to share with his camp mates what life working on the Internet is really like.
Readily admitting he was to bits to have been picked ahead of so many other rival vloggers to go in the famous ITV Jungle, Jack added he hoped to do the social media world ‘proud’.
Meanwhile, following Jack's exit, two brand new celebs are expected to join the show.
I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here continues nightly at 9PM on ITV.
