Strictly Come Dancing 2017 climbed to a new high in last night's viewing figures.
Meanwhile, The X Factor dropped for its first live show.
On BBC One, the sixth round of live Strictly Come Dancing performances ran between 6:35PM and 8:20PM as the eleven remaining celebrity couples all performed in a Halloween themed show.
An average audience of 10.7 million viewers tuned in, a series high and up 400,000 viewers on last weekend's previous record. It's the third week in a row Strictly has hit a new series high.
A whopping peak audience of more than 11.7 million viewers watched the live show, which was up around 700,000 viewers on 2016's Halloween episode.
Over on ITV, The X Factor's first round of live shows ran between 8:20PM and 10:20PM, avoiding Strictly Come Dancing but it didn't improve numbers.
The live episode averaged 5.2 million, down 500,000 viewers week on week. The show was also a million below 2016's first live show and 500,000 down on last year's Halloween night episode.
A peak audience of 5.9 million viewers tuned in half way through last night's X Factor, which featured performances from the Girls and Boys, the first elimination and a guest appearance from Liam Payne.
Both Strictly and The X Factor will return to TV tonight, and this time there will be a full on clash between the two.
Tonight's Strictly Come Dancing's results - which were pre-recorded last night - will run between 7:15PM and 8PM.
The X Factor meanwhile will be running slightly earlier, getting a head start as it airs between 7PM and 9PM.
This time the Groups and Overs will perform, there will be another elimination and Stormzy will be performing.
Elsewhere last night, before The X Factor on ITV, neither You've Been Framed nor a repeat a of Ninja Warrior UK could break the 2 million viewer barrier.
Meanwhile, on BBC One, new three part drama Gunpowder dropped to 3 million viewers - significantly down last week's opening figure of 4.8 million.
