Strictly's Aston Merrygold has been getting tips from his dancer girlfriend.
Aston is currently expecting his first child with partner Sarah Richards, who was previously trained by none other than former Strictly judge Len Goodman.
According to 'pals', Sarah has been coaching Aston to victory.
One friend told The Daily Mirror newspaper: “Sarah is incredibly supportive and gives Aston a full breakdown of what he has done well and what needs improving.
“She is a brilliant dancer and has been wowing audiences since she was a child. She is the perfect mentor. He is living and breathing dancing. Even when he goes home he is consumed with it.”
Aston is currently the favourite to win Strictly Come Dancing 2017, with even Craig Revel Horwood saying he's the one to beat.
Craig made his first appearance of the series on BBC Two spin-off It Takes Two last week to speak all about this year's cast.
And overall, Craig was very impressed with the celebrities after three weeks.
"I am loving them, I think they're all sensational. Real characters, I love all the new pros too, it's love, love, love," he told host Zoe Ball.
Craig named Aston as the one to watch right now, explaining: "For me, it's Aston and Janette. He is so clean, he is crisp. Every move he makes, it's really, really clear.
"It's amazing it's at this particular level at this point in the competition. Janette I know really does crack the whip. She wants perfection and in Aston she had a good body to work with. It all comes together."
Strictly Come Dancing airs Saturday and Sunday nights on BBC One.
It Takes Two airs 6:30PM on BBC Two Monday-Thursday and from 6PM on Friday nights.
