Mark Watson has opened up on his tough experience taking part in Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls 2017.
Comedian Mark Watson became the latest celeb to leave last week, making a total of four exits so far.
After struggling with insomnia and weight loss, and fearing he was "dying", Mark made the decision to leave after three weeks.
"I feel really disappointed and sad but I also feel that it's right," he said in the latest episode.
The comic added: "I didn't want to ever leave before the end because I feel like I'm quitting and letting people down a bit."
Speaking about his time on the show this week, Mark recalled: “I lost a huge amount of weight – about two and a half stone. I had terrible skin – I’d been bitten to pieces by insects. And I was just weary.
“I was walking around like an 80-year-old. You do come back in a pretty poor state."
Mark insisted he had "no regrets" about leaving and suggested that the ultimate decision was taken out of his hands.
“I thought at this point I didn't want to be leaving, I wanted to give it absolutely everything. By the time I left, the health and safety people were advising me that it was probably in my interest to go," he told The Sun newspaper. “I don't think I could've gone on any longer than I did.
"Watching it back, I'm glad I didn't stay any longer because I was definitely at the limits of my abilities."
Mark was the fourth celeb to leave the show so far this year.
Olympian & TV presenter Sharron Davies and Actor & Rizzle Kicks singer Jordan Stephens both requested to leave the island after two weeks, with Sharron comparing the living conditions to a war zone.
And the week before saw Breaking Bad actor RJ Mitte become the first to depart.
They're joined by Former TOWIE star Lucy Mecklenburgh, Former Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton, Comedian & writer Shazia Mirza and TV doctor Sara Kayat.
Celebrity Island 2017 continues Tuesday nights on Channel 4 at 9:15PM.
