Here's a first look at Davood Ghadami and Nadiya Bychkova in training for Strictly Come Dancing 2017.
The pair were coupled up in last weekend's launch show and have since been hitting the rehearsal room for some intense training.
The first Strictly songs and dances were revealed last week, with Davood and Nadiya working on a Cha Cha to Dedication To My Ex by Lloyd ft. Andre 3000
In this video we see Davood working on his very first steps of the routine, with new Strictly pro Nadiya.
"End of day one and I think although I'm going to be physically hurting tomorrow, mentally it's a mess up there, scrambled brain," Davood says.
He tells cameras: "I'm not sleeping for the next two weeks. I think that's the way forward. Honestly, I feel if I shut down, it's like then I didn't want to stop.
"I wanted to keep, keep, keep repeat."
Nadiya says: "Davood was great, he was so concentrated and very serious about what he was doing. We just have to repeat it."
Davood adds: "I need to kind of force myself to get into that zone when I'm quite angry with myself, then once I get it right, I give myself a little pat on the back."
Strictly Come Dancing's latest series returns to TV this Saturday night just two weeks after the launch show.
The celebs have had just 14 days to work on their first routines before performing them live.
Fortunately for all the celebs, there is a first week reprieve with no one going home as usual in the opening weekend.
However the celebs can't totally relax.
All the dances will still be critiqued and marked by the judges - Bruno Tonioli, Craig Revel Horwood, Darcey Bussell and Shirley Ballas - and those marks will carry forward to the next week where one unlucky celeb WILL be sent home.
Strictly Come Dancing starts this Saturday, September 23 at 6:25PM on BBC One.
