Here's a first look at Aston Merrygold and Janette Manrara in training for Strictly Come Dancing 2017.
The pair were coupled up in last weekend's launch show and have been hard at working on their first performance.
The first Strictly songs and dances were revealed last week, with Aston and Janette planning to Foxtrot to It Had To Be You Harry Connick Jnr
In this video we see Aston take his very first steps in training.
"Janette is actually being really patient with me right now, which is nice, brilliant teacher which I'm just so pleased about," says Aston.

Janette tells cameras: "Aston has always been an incredible performer but obviously ballroom and Latin is such a different technique.
"And I think he's really going to struggle with the frame. He's also have trouble with really pushing through his legs and using the floor."
Aston adds: "You need to have that strong physical posture that's just everything's so like well placed and it does feel like you've got a coat hanger still in your t-shirt. It's odd but I have had a couple of good takes."
Strictly 2017's live shows begin next Saturday on BBC One.
Fortunately for Aston and the other celebs, they can all relax a bit this week as no one will be going home.
As always, there will be no results show in the first weekend with all the stars safe from elimination.
However they can't completely take it easy as judges Bruno Tonioli, Craig Revel Horwood, Darcey Bussell and Shirley Ballas will still be there to comment and score everyone.
Those marks will carry forward to the next week where one unlucky celeb will get the boot.
Strictly Come Dancing is back on TV with the live shows next Saturday, September 23 starting at 6:25PM.
