The first Strictly songs and dances were revealed last week, with Mollie and AJ planning Jive to Good Golly Miss Molly by Little Richard.
In this video we see Mollie take her very first steps in training.
"Today's been amazing, I've loved every single minute. I'm quite slow to pick things up but AJ's been amazing," she says.
The popstar continues: "I keep having that moment of 'Oh my God I'm doing Strictly'."

AJ tells the camera: "We've been trying to get Mollie's personality to come out trough in this dance. She's on the spot quite a few times so she has to do some interesting facial actions and really just let it go a hundred percent."
Mollie adds: "There's so much to learn and my mind is just blown but I hope that I'll slowly start to get the hang of it."
Strictly 2017's live shows begin next Saturday on BBC One.
Fortunately for Mollie and the other celebs, they can relax a bit this week as no one will be going home.
As always, there will be no results show in the first weekend with all the stars safe from elimination.
However they can't completely take it easy.
All the couples will still be marked by the returning judges - Bruno Tonioli, Craig Revel Horwood and Darcey Bussell - plus new head judge Shirley Ballas.
Those marks will carry forward to the next week where one unlucky celeb will get the boot.
Strictly Come Dancing returns to TV with the live shows next Saturday, September 23 starting at 6:25PM.
