Recent Celebrity Big Brother 2017 housemate Helen Lederer has revealed her take on the house action.
Comic and actress Helen was given the boot from the show in the final week, just missing out on the final.
Now she's had her say on her stay, and accused her fellow housemates of faking rows and acting up to the cameras.
"CBB is competitive and it was quite scary," Helen declared after her exit.
The Absolutely Fabulous star recalled: "There was one night when there were three rows in one room, so I stepped out because if you think people are faking rows then...
"Well, that's the game, so perhaps I was the loser because i didn't knowingly start a row.
"I just got perplex and worried."
Helen went on: "The acting comes naturally from people for whom reality TV is their currency.
"I tried, but the louder player got the attention.
"I can now see that drama, sex and confrontation are currency. I'm not up for that, so it was time for me to go. They were all desperate to win and believed they could do it."
It was Sarah Harding who won Celebrity Big Brother last month with Helen describing the Girls Aloud star as "extraordinary" to live with.
Commenting on her relationship with Chad Johnson, Sarah wished them "good luck" but expressed doubts over how long it'll last.
She explained: "Chad hasn't travelled outside of America before, bless him.
"He's into abs and eats lots of eggs and protein, so he is clearly in awe of this beautiful woman who has doted on him.
"Sarah knows more than Chad in terms of the media. Perhaps together they can help each other through what they both experience as entrepreneurial, beneficial and also full of love."
Celebrity Big Brother will return in 2018 for a new series in January.
