Here's your first look at the Great British Bake Off 2017 on Channel 4.
The Great British Bake Off 2017 start date was confirmed last week, with Channel 4's version airing on Tuesday nights.
The first episode begins on Tuesday, August 29 at 8PM, running for 75 minutes.
Restaurateur, food writer and novelist Prue Leith will be joining Paul Hollywood as judge following Mary Berry's exit.
And Sandi Toksvig OBE and Noel Fielding will host after Mel and Sue also left out of 'loyalty' to the BBC.
While there are quite a few big changes, once thing that will remain the same of Paul's hard to please judging style.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, Prue explained: Paul is probably a little tougher than me but if I don’t like something, I will say so. Often I can be quick to judge and go, ‘Oh, that looks fantastic’.
“Paul has a brilliant baker’s eye — he looks at it and will say, ‘Actually, that’s not quite right,’ and there is much more nitpicking than me.”
Meanwhile, Paul confessed that starting filming for the new look series was nerve-wracking.
"For me, it felt like I had just done all my GCSEs and I had moved up to Sixth Form," he explained. “As people know, other kids can come to your school – so when I walked into the tent, I had three other kids from other schools.
“The headmaster said, ‘You have to buddy these three, make sure they are OK and show them around the school’. And that’s what I did.”
Alongside the main show, Great British Bake Off spin-off An Extra Slice will also move to Channel 4.
Once again hosted by Jo Brand, the first episode will air on Thursday, August 31 at 10PM.
