Love Island 2017 winners Amber and Kem 'land Good Morning Britain presenting role'

Amber Davies and Kem Cetinay have reportedly bagged a presenting role on Good Morning Britain after their victory on Love Island 2017.

It's still less than a week since the pair were crowned winners of the smash hit ITV2 reality show, splitting its £50,000 prize.

But according to The Sun, they're already at the centre of a bidding war for TV gigs, involving ITV and Channel 4.

It seems ITV is coming out on top so far, as the newspaper claims Amber and Kem have signed up to join Good Morning Britain.

"Since Amber and Kem won, they’ve been inundated with offers," a source revealed.

"They’re both very keen to go down that route, and ITV and Channel 4 have shown interest. But they couldn’t pass up the chance to host Good Morning Britain."

It's currently unclear exactly what they'll be doing on the weekday breakfast show.

However, whatever their role involves, it's unlikely to go down well with regular anchor Piers Morgan.

On GMB earlier this week, he slammed Love Island - saying Amber and Kem's potential to earn megabucks after the show is "everything that's wrong with society".

Piers acknowledged that Love Island has been "successful", but said: "That’s the problem.

"I don’t mind ITV doing well, it’s good for all of us - but it means lots of people are being seduced into thinking this is how you get on in life.

"The way you get on in life is working hard on a talent which you get rewarded for. [Amber and Kem’s] talent is ‘we were at it like rabbits’, and for that they’re going to get millions of pounds."

Meanwhile, rumours suggest Kem and fellow islander Chris Hughes are in also in talks to join Celebrity Big Brother.
