RATINGS! Big Brother, Love Island, Poldark and more viewing figures

Love Island 2017 continued with over 2 million viewers on ITV last night.

The latest episode averaged 2.1 million viewers, matching the previous two Sunday's all time highs.

The penultimate show was followed by an extra long version of spin-off show Love Island Aftersun which had just over 900,000 viewers at 10PM straight after the main show.

Airing in a pre watershed slot, Big Brother averaged just over 700,000 viewers, slightly up on last Sunday where numbers dropped below 700,000 when the episode clashed with Love Island.

On ITV, The Chase's latest Celebrity Special averaged 2.7 million viewers - up 100,000 on last week - while Harry Potter film The Goblet of Fire had 3 million between 7:30PM and 10:30PM.

Over on BBC One, Poldark won the 9PM slot with 5.4 million viewers, up 700,000 on last Sunday in part thanks to the weaker competition from ITV.

Earlier in the evening, 6.3 million watched Countryfile - the most watched show of the night - while Wild Alaska Live averaged 5.5 million viewers.
