Love Island 2017: One couple faces the axe as viewers vote for their favourite

More couples face the boot from Love Island 2017 on Monday night as viewers vote for their favourite.

It was Theo Campbell who left in Love Island 2017 last night following the latest recoupling.

After the return of former Islanders Mike and Sam to the villa earlier this week, it was the girls who had the power yesterday.

Georgia got a text to break the news to the group: “Islanders, tonight there will be a recoupling in which the girls will choose which boy they want to couple up with. The boy not picked will be dumped from the Island. #crunchtime #maythebestmanwin”

As the Islanders gathered around the fire pit, some big decisions needed to be made and here's how the couples ended up...

Love Island 2017 couples

Camilla and Jamie
Montana and Alex
Gabby and Marcel
Amber and Kem
Olivia and Chris
Tyla and Mike
Georgia and Sam

Therefore Theo was the unlucky lad left single and he was eliminated from the villa.

Following the show, a public vote opened via the Love Island app for fans to vote for their favourite of the new couples.

Two votes can be cast, one between now and Sunday's show and a second between Sunday and Monday's episode.

The couples with the least support from viewers risk being dumped from the island in what is sure to be another dramatic twist.

Remember, Love Island 2017 continues nightly on ITV2 at 9PM.

The eviction will take place in Monday night's episode.

The final airs live next Monday night (July 24) LIVE from the villa at 9PM on ITV2.
