Tring Park 16 have won the fifth heat of BBC One's new singing competition Pitch Battle.
The young chamber choir came out on top of the six groups in tonight's fifth and final heat, winning themselves a spot in the live final where the winners will win £50,000.
Hosted by Mel Giedroyc, each week in Pitch Battle six choirs and vocal groups of all different sizes and musical genres battle it out for a place in the Grand Final.
To progress the groups had to impress the panel of musical judges – the nation’s favourite choirmaster Gareth Malone, former choirgirl turned international recording artist Kelis and for this week, guest judge international popstar Joe Jonas.
In the first round, two groups went head to head by first performing on their own and then competing in a themed riff off.
Here's how those results panned out tonight:
Vocalities v The Ramparts
Riff-off theme: Weddings
Winner: The Ramparts
Tring Park 16 v Crescendo
Riff-off theme: Trouble
Winner: Tring Park 16
The Oxford Alternotives v Vox-Xover
Riff-off theme: Lonely
The three winning groups - Tring Park 16, The Ramparts and Vox-Xover - then each performed in the solo battles, with one singer from each group taking the lead on a song.
The judges then eliminated Vox-Xover leaving Tring Park 16 and The Ramparts to progress to the final battle.
Here they shared the same song - DNCE's Kissing Strangers - before this week’s guest judge Joe Jonas joined in with the group the judges have chosen to go through to the Grand Final.
That group was Tring Park 16, who are now into the live final at the end of the series. They join the Portsmouth University Gospel Choir Scot Soul, All The Kings Men and Leeds Contemporary Singers in the final so far.
Joe's brother Nick will appear in the Grand Final to sing with the show’s winning group who will be one step closer to the £50,000 cash prize.
Pitch Battle continues next Saturday night with the grand final.
