Big Brother 2017: Charlotte Keys has a problem with Simone Reed

A new unlikely Big Brother 2017 rivalry could be brewing in the house.

While Hurricane Sue, Sam and Ellie's showmance and "Chanelle being weird" have dominated the nightly highlights show, there's a lot more going on in the house.

It turns out that two of the quietest housemates - Charlotte Keys and Simone Reed - aren't getting along.

In a chat ahead of last night's eviction, Charlotte complained to Ellie: "Sometimes she plays a normal person, sometimes she plays a character of a normal human being.

"Then other times she's just this lunatic who doesn't know anything that's going on in the world, it's very bizarre, very bizarre."

Charlotte, who avoided the chop last night when Joe was given the boot instead, continued: "I prefer it when she's more mellow. When she's bouncing up and down she doesn't make any sense. you can't hold a conversation with her."

Charlotte concluded: "It's difficult to be in a house with someone who you can't hold a conversation with."

Simone is one of four 'second chance housemates' currently on the show alongside Sue, Andrew and Sam.

The four piece can't win the series but are instead playing a game between themselves to claim £15,000 of the prize money.

In last night's highlights, Simone confided in Hannah in the living area that she was finding it hard to live in the house, prompting Hannah to tell her she cared too much what people think.

Big Brother 2017 continues nightly on Channel 5.
