Tonight's Big Brother 2017 results are in - but who left in the live show?

Joe Quaranta was given the boot in this evening's fifth eviction on Channel 5 hosted by Emma Willis.

After a twisted round of nominations over the weekend, a trio of contestants are up for the axe this evening.

Joe faced the latest public vote against Tom Barber and Charlotte Keys and it was a vote to evict.

The trio were put up for eviction after a number of big twists that began over a week ago with the new-ish Second Chance Housemates. After entering, they were given great power as all four were able to nominate and all four were immune from the eviction.

The original housemates had to win the right to nominate by taking part in Big Brother's tasks. Hannah, Deborah, Ellie and Raph all won the right to nominate.

They also got to spend time in 'The Void' along with the Second Chance Housemates where they could discuss nominations before voting.

And in one final twist, the originally secret Diary Room nominations were played back to the house in full, revealing just who nominated who to everyone. Tom had four nominations while Joe and Charlotte had three nominations.

In tonight's live show, the lines closed after a week of voting and Emma spoke to the house to announce the results.

And with the most votes to be evicted, Joe was the one to leave.

He had been the favourite to go so it wasn't much of a surprise, with Joe leaving the house to boos from the live audience who had been chanting 'GET JOE OUT' all night.
