Former Love Island contestant Zara Holland has warned that the show can ruin lives.
Former Miss Great Britain Zara appeared in last year's series but didn't exactly have the easiest of times.
Poor Zara struggled with dates and then ended up losing her Miss GB crown after finally getting cosy in the hideaway with one of her fellow islanders.
Now she's spoken out to warn those currently in the villa and potential future contestants the pitfalls of the series, especially when it comes to having sex on the show.
"I would say think about it before you do it," she said. “If you have kids they will see that. You know what kids are like in school."
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, Zara reiterated: All I'll say is think before you do it.
“You've got to live with that for the rest of your life."
She continued: “Why not wait until the privacy in your own home? There's nothing wrong with that, but if it's in the hideaway I don't think there's a problem.
“I didn't do anything in the public bedroom I just made that biggest mistake of my life in the hideaway - and that's cost me everything.”
“So the way it happened wasn't very nice. Everyone's got to do what they've got to do. I just hope they don't come out regretting it like I did.”
Meanwhile, Zara's fellow former Love Island contestant Tina Stinnes has spoken out to reveal how life in the villa can get super lonely at times.
The now Made In Chelsea star explained: “I can see how people feel, especially when there is no one in there for them. It can be really a s***, horrible feeling and you can feel really lonely
“There are so many people around you it can feel super lonely.”
Love Island 2017 continues at 9PM on ITV2.
