The pair have been regularly on and off again in the villa so far this year and right now are very much together.
However Kem's mum Figen thinks Amber could be playing gamed with her son.
"I think he's coming across so well. He's such a character and our house is quiet without him. All of his family and friends are really rooting for him," she said this week.
Speaking to new! magazine, Figen continued: "It'd hard to watch as I don't like to see Kem upset. He's a very sensitive boy and although he hasn't always been happy with Amber, he won't want to see her upset.
"I worry she's playing games with Kem and being immature. I think she's fishing to see what else is out there."
She added: "I do think Kem will make the right decision in the end. But if he made the decision to stay with Amber then I would support him no matter what my views are."
Meanwhile, Amber's mum Sue has claimed that Amber is "in love" with Kem.
She told The Sun newspaper: "I can see it on her face. I can see it by the way that she looks at him; I can see it in her eyes," she told the tabloid. “I really do believe she has fallen for him and I hope he has fallen for her too.”
