Love Island's Dominic Lever has spoken out about rumours of Jessica Shears and Mike Thalassitis.
Last night's Love Island 2017 results saw seven contestants axed following the show's biggest ever twist.
Original Islander, Dom, and new Islanders, Amelia, Ellisha-Jade, Shannen, Steve, Rob and Marino all got the axe from the show on Sunday evening.
Dom was axed following his original partner Jessica leaving last month, saying today after his exit: "I stayed loyal to the girl because I had very strong feelings for her.
"I don’t think it’s ever been done before on Love Island, someone leaving and then someone staying loyal and I suppose it’s my stubborn side coming out as well as my loyal side."
He explained: "I said a few times in the villa that I was scared to admit how I felt and I said that a few times to Jess but the moment she left I felt like I should have told her exactly how I feel.
"She told me she loved before she left and I feel like I should have said it but I didn’t think it was the right time. But yes, I love the girl and I genuinely can’t wait to see her."
However, what about THOSE rumours that Jess had hooked up with Mike after they were evicted together?
"Being in the villa you’re in your own little bubble and you never expect to hear anything like that," admitted Dom. "For me, it was such a hard thing to deal with because I kind of called it on Mike’s side.
"I thought Mike will probably try it on with her and if the shoe was on the other foot, I probably would have tried it on because you look at Jess and you think, ‘Why not?’ you might as well give it a go."
He continued: "I didn’t believe it on her part and I felt like if she had done it then everything that we had in the villa meant nothing and it wouldn’t have been as special.
"I don’t see Jess as that person who can put something on like that, especially with the way she used to speak to me. I can’t wait to see her and it’s going to be a big moment. That is my main priority, to see her and finally air things out."
