Love Island 2017's newest contestant Craig Lawson is facing some shock accusations.
The 27-year-old personal trainer from Essex has been blasted by his ex fiancée who claims he ditched their son to appear in the villa.
"I am fully aware that the disgrace who calls himself my father's son is going into Love Island," Craig's ex wrote in a post on Facebook (via Daily Mail).
She went on: "He is dead to me and he is dead to my son. He has not even had the decency to contact me regarding this and regarding arrangements for my son.'Up until last night I was under the impression that my son was going to spend the weekend with him like he does every other weekend."
Craig's ex added: "He is an absolute joke of a human being. What he does with his life will no longer affect my children or myself.
"May he fall flat on his face. I hope it was all worth it."
Before entering the villa, Craig admitted: "I have been engaged twice before and I have children. In a relationship, I’m a softie – I’m loved up, I’m romantic, I open car doors and pull the chair out.
"I love romantic gestures. Last year when Scott Thomas wrote ‘will you be my girlfriend,’ that’s the sort of thing I would do."
Vowing to stir up the show, Craig went on: "I’ll be honest, all of the other guys are all talk. When it comes to confrontation, they just back down. No disrespect, they are nice guys, but I am not a yes man. I’m very much a man’s man, I’m very confident, whereas I think the guys in there are quite insecure.
"Kem for example with Amber said he would tell her she was getting on his nerves but backed down too quickly. He was too under the thumb."
"I’m also quite cheeky, and confident when it comes to talking to the girls. The guys in there show a lot of nerves with the girls," he added.
Love Island 2017 continues nightly on ITV2 at 9PM.
