Details about Big Brother 2017's big new twist have finally been confirmed - SPOILERS follow!
After previous claims that us viewers would be voting this year's housemates into the house, Big Brother has now clarified everything.
Tonight's launch night will indeed see a number of potential housemates pitch themselves to the public.
However us viewers will vote for just one of them to enter the house, alongside the rest of the housemates chosen by producers.
But that's not all.
The lucky housemate voted in by the public, will become the People’s Housemate and will hold great power within the house.
This will include even having access to the outside world.
We'll just have to wait and see exactly what's planned for the lucky chosen housemate when Big Brother 2017 kicks off on Channel 5 later evening.
As well as voting for the 'People's Housemate', we'll also get introduced to the rest of this year's cast.
In an earlier announcement last week, Channel 5 introduced the first six housemates who you can meet here.
The Big Brother housemate line up so far includes Ex On The Beach star Kayleigh Morris and Dreamboys' stripper Lotan Carter.
Joining them will be sisters Hannah and Deborah Agboola and husband and wife duo Imran and Sukhvinder Javeed.
Big Brother 2017 starts with the live launch on Tuesday, June 5 on Channel 5 with Emma Willis from 8:30PM.
Following the live launch will be Bit On The Side with Rylan Clark-Neal before live streaming from the house.
Big Brother will the continue nightly on Channel 5.
