Now a new clip introduces us to this year's 11 Islanders, with narration from host Caroline Flack promising "the hottest Summer yet."

"The reaming is over, the Islanders are on their way, get ready for the hottest summer yet," says Caroline as the this year's crop of contestants are seen heading off to the villa.

The ultimate game of love is back as Love Island, one of TV’s most talked about entertainment shows, makes its hotly anticipated return to ITV2 from Monday night.

Get ready for the heat wave as Caroline introduces viewers to a fresh batch of sexy singletons all in search of the summer of their lives, with passion, romance and drama from the outset.

This time round the Love Islanders will be living in a brand new villa, a luxury paradise that will play host to the love and lust as the temperatures are raised and the pulses race faster than ever before.

To remain in their spectacular sun kissed surroundings, the Islanders will have to couple up, winning the hearts of each other and the public, who will ultimately decide who stays on Love Island.

This year’s series will be accompanied by a weekly live studio show in the UK, Love Island: Aftersun, which will keep Love Island on everyone’s lips throughout the summer. Caroline Flack will be joined by a panel of different celebrity guests each week, with the show offering viewers first reaction to the goings on in the villa, exclusive interviews with dumped islanders, and all the gossip from the sauciest and sexiest series to date.
