Missing People Choir and Daliso Chaponda are the favourites to win in tonight's Britain's Got Talent 2017 results.
The last of the Britain’s Got Talent semi-finals this evening sees the overall favourites to win take the stage, Missing People Choir.
The choir have been strong favourites for the title ever since their first audition and go into the fifth semi-final as the red-hot 1/3 favourites to come out on top.
Comedian Daliso Chaponda is the second favourite at 4/1 to win Friday’s semi-final, with singer Jamie Lee Harrison priced at 10/1 and impressionist Jess Robinson available at 12/1.
Cork dancers, Lords of Strut will make their bid for a place in the final on Saturday, but are 33/1 shots to win the semi-final. However the comedy duo have seen some support from punters to go all the way and win, despite their 80/1 outsider odds.
Meanwhile, at present Missing People Choir are 11/8 frontrunners to win BGT outright with pianist Tokio Myers their nearest rival at 11/4. Mini magician Issy Simpson is next at 13/2 with the Pensionaires following at 8/1, having been cut in from 20/1 after their semi-final four performance.
Aoife Heffron, Spokeswoman for BoyleSports commented: “Missing People Choir look unbeatable in tonight’s Britain’s Got Talent semi-final at 1/3. The Choir not only look set to win the semi-final, but also the entire show as they continue to head the betting and are now priced at 11/8 having started out semi-finals week at 2/1.”
She added “The final Irish act performs tonight also, Lords Of Strut from Cork. The dancing duo are 33/1 to win the semi-final and 80/1 to take the crown, but there has been some shrewd bets from patriotic punters. We want to wish the lads the best of luck and hope to see them perform in the final.”
