Here's tonight's Britain's Got Talent 2017 semi-final line up with the contestants performing on Thursday's live show.
This evening will see the fourth live show of the series as eight acts perform live before the public vote opens.
In a twist this year there will be NO judges' vote: Instead the two acts with the most votes in each semi-final will automatically go through to the final on Saturday.
However the judges will get some power, with the panel picking one lucky wild card act from the runners up at the end of the week to also make the final.
It means there will be a total of 11 acts in the final on Saturday night.
Up on this evening's (Thursday) show are...
Tonight's Britain's Got Talent 2017 semi-final line up
Paws With Soul
Paws With Soul are a group of dancing pets made up of three dogs, three cats, a mouse and a kitten. Their goal is to spread their love of dance to humans and animals worldwide. Their dance routine to Bruno Mars’ ‘24K Magic’ really impressed the judges with Simon admitting, “This is fantastic! This is so right for BGT.”
Henry (84) and Malcolm (75) are best friends from Doncaster who perform together as a duet. They’re both retired and have been singing together for around four years. Their performance of Frank Sinatra’s, ‘You Make Me Feel So Young’ swept the judges and the audience off their feet. Simon described them as, “Ant & Dec in 10 years’ time.”
Ryan is a 35 year old performance improvement officer from Northern Ireland, who broke the Guinness World Record for ‘The fastest time to model five balloon structures blindfolded’. The structures were a dog, a sword, a flower, a snail and a caterpillar.
John is a 64 year old hula hoop instructor from Nuneaton. His dream is to teach the world to hoop. During his audition John performed a hula hoop routine to his original song ‘Hoop Guy’ which caught everyone’s attention. His audition was a success as he got Simon and Alesha to hula hoop on stage with him.
MerseyGirls (previously Just Us)
MerseyGirls, formerly Just Us, are a dance group from The Wirral, made up of sisters Alice (17) and Julia (15) and friends Poppy (14), Rebecca (16) and Annie (17) who met at their local dance school. Julia suffers from scoliosis and will be having surgery soon which will mean she will no longer be able to dance at the same level again. Alesha said, “Your story touched me so for that I’m going to do THIS”, as she pressed the golden buzzer.
Jonny is a 39 year old comedian from Croydon, where he lives with his wife and two children. Ant and Dec joined him on stage for a singing comedy routine about musicals and David described his audition as, “his favourite moment of the series!”, while Alesha told him he is, “awesome”.
Angelicus Celtis is a choir from Wales made up of school girls aged 11-17. They have been performing together for around a year and are led by Mr. Williams, who is the choir’s biggest inspiration. The judges were incredibly moved and in awe of their performance of ‘Nessun Dorma’. Alesha described it as, “heavenly”.
As well as performances from the acts, each night will also see a guest performer as the semi-finalists wait to find out if they are one step closer to being crowned winner of Britain’s Got Talent 2017.
Appearing on tonight's show will be the reigning BGT champion Richard Jones.
Britain's Got Talent 2017 airs tonight LIVE from 7:30PM on ITV with the results at 9:30PM.
The live semi-finals air all week until Friday before the final on Saturday, June 3.
