The 9-year-old had everyone talking after calling Amanda a "dog" during his audition, and his return on the latest live show saw him roast the judges once more.
Walking up to the judges' desk, Ned said: "Amanda, after last time, I'm trying to come up with some nice things to say about you.
"So please help me get to the final, because I'm going to need a lot more time!"
He then reached out and pressed her buzzer for her, joking: "Saves you the trouble!"
Ned continued: "At my audition, I only managed to got one joke out before I heard that sound. But you get used to Alesha [Dixon]'s laugh!
"I love being on BGT, all these losers desperate to be famous... or as they're also known, the judges!"
He then turned his sights on hosts Ant and Dec, saying: "Congratulations on becoming OBEs. I don't know what that means, my guess is old, boring entertainers?"
And it turned out that Ned hasn't just set his sights on the BGT panel - but the other contestants too.
Referencing mind-reading duo DNA's audition, the schoolboy - who took his jacket off mid-set - quipped: "You're probably wondering why my parents let me get away with being so cheeky.
"What you should be wondering is how I started off in a grey jacket, and ended wearing a camouflage T-shirt!"
The judges were full of praise for Ned, with Simon Cowell commenting: "I've got a feeling in about ten years' time you might be sitting in this chair instead of me!"
Resident comic David Walliams said: "That was an incredibly confident performane from anyone, let alone someone four days in to their 9th birthday."
Amanda added: "I would never have pressed my buzzer! Although it was savage, it was much cleverer than your audition."
Tune in to the results show at 9.30pm to find out if Ned is through to the final.
