The Voice UK Kids is on its way to ITV and the start date has been confirmed.
The new series will launch on Saturday, June 10 at 7:45PM with its first round of blind auditions.
The Voice Kids is a brand new search for Britain’s best young vocal talent, open to solo singers between the ages of seven and 14.
It's the first ever series of the show in the UK although the Kids spin-off has proved a success in other countries.
Pop sensations Pixie Lott and McFly’s Danny Jones will join coach from the main show will.i.am on ITV’s The Voice Kids 2017, while Emma Willis will host as with the regular series.
Pixie said: “I can’t wait to join The Voice Kids and help discover the next big star. I have such a passion for talented young people and I know the UK will have lots – I can’t wait to hear them!
“I’m looking forward to getting started and working alongside my fellow coaches will.i.amand Danny Jones.”
Danny added: “I’m pumped about joining The Voice Kids team. There are so many talented kids out there, they just need to be heard and this is a great platform for them.
“I’m looking forward to finding some fresh talent and coaching them. You never know, there might be a mini McFly out there!”
will.i.am, a coach on the main series which finished on Sunday, said he couldn’t wait for the two British stars to join him on the panel, adding: “Doing The Voice Kids with Pixie and Danny is going to be dope and I'm really excited to discover just how talented British kids can be."
ITV previously unveiled a first look at The Voice Kids with previews of some of the little contestants we can expect to see.
The Kids version of the show works much the same way as the adult version, featuring blind auditions, battles and finals.
