Amanda Holden met her biggest fan on Britain's Got Talent at the weekend.
Peter Raj auditioned for the new series just to sing for the judge.
The audition was cut from Saturday's main show but did make it into More Talent on ITV2.
Going before the panel at auditions in Manchester, Peter explained: "Two years ago I decided to come to the programe to meet Amanda.
"I guess you could call it a crush if you want to, I wouldn't be afraid for someone to say that but I like Amanda."
"So you like older women?" quipped David Walliams.
Peter continued: "I wrote a song for Amanda."
"This is so romantic!" reacted Dec as David put Amanda's chair on the stage to be serenaded by Peter's vocals.
Unfortunately, he got four buzzers - despite Amanda being sat on the stage.
Simon Cowell commented: "I don't know where this is going to lead to, it was sweet but the song was terrible. But the good news is, I'm paying for dinner tonight."
Alesha Dixon said simply: "It wasn't good."
Despite a yes from Amanda, nos from the judges meant that Peter didn't go any further in the competition.
Other acts on this weekend included real life couple Tyrone & Mina who like to do “dangerous things” together, with the pair bringing a shocking knife throwing act to the BGT stage.
We also met singer Jamie Lee Harrison, dance group TNG and tappers TapTastik.
More hopefuls this week included wannabe comedian Will Oldfield, Blackpool-based entertainer Mal Ford and all female dance crew Nu Vybe.
Britain's Got Talent 2017 continues Saturday nights on ITV with More Talent on ITV2 straight after.
