Marathon runner Paula Radcliffe is being tipped to join the Strictly Come Dancing 2017 line up.
Sources on the BBC One series claim that show bosses are keen to get the record holder on board.
One insider explained to The Sun newspaper: Paula is a bona fide athletics legend, and the bosses are convinced she would be a hit on Strictly if she agreed to take part.
“Not only is she a household name, she is also incredibly likeable and has the discipline to really apply herself to a training regime."
The source claims that Paula has yet to make a decision after a meeting with show bosses.
“She has told the Strictly team that she needs time to discuss it with her friends and family, which is what she is doing at the moment," the insider said.
Paula joins an ever-growing list of rumoured celebs for Strictly 2017.
Comic Tommy Cannon has also been tipped to join the show and at 78, he'd be the show's oldest ever contestant.
Other names liked to this year's cast include Good Morning Britain presenter Charlotte Hawkins, Gogglebox stars Steph and Dom Parker, Olympic gymnast Max Whitlock, footballer Frank Lampard and Olympian Jessica Ennis-Hill.
There's also Paralympian Ellie Simmonds, actress Carley Stenson, comic Joel Dommett.
EastEnders actress Samantha Womack is said to be on the 'wish list' of stars for Strictly Come Dancing 2017, alongside her former co-star Rita Simons.
However no names are officially confirmed yet and won't be until the autumn.
Strictly Come Dancing will be back on BBC One later this year.
