Alesha Dixon has revealed plans to perform on the Britain's Got Talent 2017 live shows.
At least if Simon Cowell will let her.
The former Mis-Teeq singer - who in 2015 performed her track The Way We Are - is hoping to return to the BGT stage this year.
She told The Sun: “I am working on a new EP. I hope Simon will let me perform it on BGT. He let me the last time I asked.”
Meanwhile, discussing the upcoming live shows, Alesha said she was keen to see how the contestants had improved (or not) since the auditions.
The Strictly Come Dancing champion explained: "I’m most looking forward to all the golden buzzer acts and seeing how they perform. I’m looking forward to seeing how all the acts have been working away and what they have come up with.
"By the time we see them in the live shows, they’ve grown so much and when they get the production behind them and their outfits sorted, the live shows are so exciting.
"They are the icing on the cake and I love the fact our shows come around for one week and it’s like an event, the whole nation gets involved and behind it, it feels brilliant."
And Alesha promised the BGT 2017 live shows would be 'bigger and better' than ever as the show moves to a brand new studio.
She shared: "We’re moving homes which is going to be a bit surreal. We’re not in Fountain Studios anymore but I’m feeling positive that it’s going to be bigger, better, crazier and noisier than it’s ever been. "
Britain's Got Talent 2017 continues Saturday nights on ITV
The live shows are set to begin in May.
