Alesha and Amanda Holden last year faced complaints over their dresses in the live shows
In all, 20 viewers actually bothered to write in to voice their objection to what Amanda and Alesha were wearing.
However Ofcom later rejected the complaints.
A spokesperson for the TV regulator said: "We assessed a number of complaints about the suitability of clothing worn by two female judges before the watershed, but won't be taking the matter forward for investigation.
"The dresses worn by the judges did not raise issues under our rules on nudity, and the judges were not portrayed in a sexualised way."
Speaking about the complaints this week, Alesha joked: “Amanda Holden and I have decided to wear bin bags this year and we’re going to tie it around the top of our necks to our ankles, you’re not going to see any skin.
“Well there’s no chance of that!
She told The Sun newspaper: “Amanda and I love the glamorous side of it.
“That’s the most fun part for us, getting to dress up and wear incredible designers — and you create show-stopping outfits that you wouldn’t go down the local pub in.
“It’s a fantastic platform to have fun with fashion and I think that people really look forward to seeing what we’re going to wear.”
Alesha concluded: “I think at the end of the day, Amanda and I, we are tasteful with what we do. We want to come out looking sexy and feminine and beautiful at the same time.”
Britain's Got Talent 2017 starts this Saturday night, April 15, at 8PM on ITV.
