Britain's Got Talent 2017 is here and with the new series comes new golden buzzer acts.

Once again, All four judges and Ant & Dec will also have the opportunity to give the act they think has that extra special something an automatic place in the live semi-finals with the use of the special Golden Buzzer.

Each judge and host can only use the golden buzzer once throughout the auditions, so who did they pick?

For Ant and Dec, they left their golden buzzer to the last minute in favour of something fun: "We wanted something fun that captured our attention. We're so far from the buzzer compared to the judges, so we need to make a pretty quick decision.

"We were waiting and waiting for someone who was funny and really needed that break. Our Golden Buzzer act is great!"

Meanwhile, the Geordie duo revealed of David Walliams' choice: "David's golden buzzer act this year is someone who had previously auditioned, and David had said at the time, ‘go away and rehearse, as I don't think you're ready.’"

Amanda Holden didn't give much away about her golden buzzer act, instead praising Alesha Dixon's choice.

"I personally think it could be Alesha’s golden buzzer that could win the entire show," she said.

Amanda added: "I keep trying to up the ante between us. I said to Simon that if one of our golden buzzers wins the final then we need a trip to the Maldives"

Alesha teased: “My golden buzzer act this year is very special. When they told the story and they performed, I had that real moment of gratitude.”

Finally there's More Talent host Stephen Mulhern, who is still one hoping for a golden buzzer on his own.

He said: "It’s got to the point where I don’t know whether I’ve lost the will, I’ve tried and tried and tried. I had an idea where I’d start with a bronze buzzer and if I pressed it then the contestant would be guaranteed a place on More Talent, but Simon said, ‘Yeah...great!’."

Stephen went on to tip Ant and Dec's golden buzzer as a potential winner, saying: "If I had to make a prediction I would say it will be between a choir and Ant and Dec’s golden buzzer act."

Britain's Got Talent 2017 starts Saturday, April 15 on ITV from 8PM.
