The Voice 2017 final hit by a stage crasher and Sir Tom Jones drops the 'F bomb'

The Voice UK 2017 live final was hit by a stage crasher on tonight's show on ITV.

It’s the live final of The Voice UK this weekend as four contestants compete for victory.

Tonight saw the final three - Jamie Miller, Into The Ark and Mo Adeniran - singing for the last time.

The trio started Sunday's show by each reprising their favourite performance of the series before lines were frozen again.

Emma then announced third place with the fewest votes was Jamie Miller, but as she did so there was an unwelcome visitor on stage.

The baseball capped stage invader tried to hold up a message on a sheet of paper to cameras but was quickly escorted off stage by security.

"What was that?" reacted The Voice coach

On Twitter, one viewer wrote: "SOMEONE JUST STAGE CRASHED THE VOICE I've never seen security run so fast 😂😂😂😂😂 #TheVoiceUK"

Some fans suggested that serial prankster Lee Nelson may have been the culprit, although this has since been denied.

As well as the stage invasion, host Emma also had to say sorry to viewers for a swear word that was heard when the result was revealed.

It's been suggested that Sir Tom was heard dropping the F-bomb during the live broadcast.

Following the third place result, Into The Ark and Mo Adeniran went into the final showdown.

They performed live one last time before the winner was announced as Mo was crowned The Voice champ of 2017.

The Voice UK will be back on ITV for a new series next year.
